How long will delivery take?

Shipments within the peninsula are made through an urgent transport company, TOURLINE EXPRESS. The client has to provide the delivery schedule and phone number. Shipping times are 48 to 72 hours (working days) after receipt of payment.

How safe is shopping in this store? Is my data protected?

Your personal data given to Porvaz is only used to manage orders and will always be protected in compliance with the Data Protection Laws. We do not provide your data in any way to third parties, except for transport companies to deliver your items.

What happens after I place my order?

You will be sent an email with the order confirmation. If there’s any change in the delivery period we will inform you via email.
In the event of stock shortages, we can send a similar item of equal or greater value, but we will previously ask the buyer for consent.

Do I receive a bill with my order?

For any order made on this store to be delivered on Spanish territory, the buyer needs to provide their identity number to generate the correct bill.
